4. Investment Models

The terms of these models, including pricing and profit-sharing, are subject to mutual agreement between Ecoplus and the client and will be outlined in separate contracts for each project.

All intellectual property related to SCAME EVSE products, including trademarks, patents, and designs, remains the property of SCAME PARRE S.p.A. Any customizations made to SCAME products as part of our services are the intellectual property of SCAME PARRE S.p.A. unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ecoplus will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products. In cases of direct damages, Ecoplus’ liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.

8. Warranty and Support

SCAME EVSE products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. During the warranty period, Ecoplus offers free maintenance and support as per the agreed terms. After the warranty period, maintenance services will be charged as outlined in the post-contract options.

9. Payment Terms

Payment terms for all services, including installation, consultation, and maintenance, will be outlined in the customer contract. Failure to make payments within the specified timeframe may result in project delays or suspension of services.

10. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Personal information collected during the course of our services will be used solely for project execution, invoicing, and communication.
